Semi-Annual or Quarterly Maintenance?
Dry Ally is the only company of it's kind offering customers the comfort of a maintenance program to help Homeowners and Businessowners be at ease knowing there house is monitored and testing on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for moisture and potential water damage or mold issues.

What is included?​
Dry Ally will come out two (2) or four (4) times a year and check all potential problematic areas inside the property. We will bring moisture meter's to take readings and log those readings into a report that both parties will keep.

Why do water damage maintenance?
The purpose of our programs is to prevent long term unseen damage that may not be covered by insurance policies. To be proactive in the identification of water damage or mold issues. Being proactive in identifying moisture has the potential of preventing mitigation needs and repair costs in the tens of thousands and the potential of stopping mold & mildew before it starts or gets out of hand.
What happens if moisture is found?
If moisture is found and it has potential to be problematic, then Dry Ally will work with the homeowner or business manager/owner to formulate a plan to get the property back to normal levels moisture. We will work with you 100% of the way to get your property back to normal.
